New Floral Series

I love going off the beaten path with styles and subjects that normally sit on my canvas. Right now, there's this pull for the classics:

still life's, plein air landscapes, just painting a certain emotion, etc.

I'm envisioning this series, as the new bouquet. How do we perceive color, texture, a decorative item and home accent, how summery and festive this subject is! I can't wait to continue, here are the first of many, I'm sure.
